Honey

Small-batch, raw, and unfiltered — our honey is harvested from hives in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina and shipped straight to your door.

We offer three exceptional varieties:

  • Sourwood Honey — One of the world's most prized varietals. Light, buttery, and floral with notes of caramel and warm spice. Seasonal and limited — harvested once a year when the Sourwood trees bloom. Stock is limited — order before it's gone.
  • Wildflower Honey — Bold, complex, and earthy. A true expression of our Appalachian landscape, varying batch to batch with the seasons.
  • Locust Honey — Coming soon. A delicate, light honey with a clean floral sweetness — one of the most sought-after varietals in the Southeast.

All of our honey is raw and never heat-treated, preserving the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen that make it so special. Available in 2 lb jars, 16 oz squeeze bottles, and bundles.
