Pullet Wholesale Program
Stafford Hill Farms' wholesale program is exclusively for approved resellers — feed stores, farm co-ops, rural retailers, and commercial egg producers who purchase in bulk and resell or operate at scale.
This is not a retail discount program. Wholesale pricing is available to approved accounts only. To access wholesale pricing, you must apply and be approved before placing an order.
Two Account Tiers
🌱 Standard Wholesale Account — Seasonal
- For feed stores, rural retailers, and farm co-ops ordering spring season (March–June)
- Minimum 25 birds per order
- Access to published wholesale pricing
- Advance ordering required — seasonal production slots fill early
- Pricing reviewed annually
⭐ Preferred Wholesale Account — Year-Round
- For commercial egg producers and large operations ordering year-round
- Minimum 100 birds per order
- Priority production slots — your order is locked before seasonal buyers
- Volume pricing locked for 12 months
- First access to specialty breed availability
- Dedicated contact for ordering and logistics

Advance Ordering — How It Works
We produce to order. Your flock is raised specifically for your operation — not pulled from leftover inventory.
1. Apply & Get Approved
Submit your wholesale account application below. We review all applications and respond within 3–5 business days.
2. Reserve Your Flock
Once approved, contact us with your breed selection, quantities, and target delivery window. Earlier is always better — specialty breeds and peak season slots fill fast.
3. Confirm & Deposit
We'll send a formal quote with your delivery timeline. A deposit is required to lock your production slot.
4. Delivery
Your flock arrives at point-of-lay, healthy and ready to produce. Delivery included throughout the Eastern U.S.
